A great rhythm to drown in
Re-rooting the rosebush, speaking in poems, shifting shape
Tarot poem
King of Cups
Stoicism - emotional mastery - equanimity - devotion - balance of thought and feeling
lay thyself bare before giants
this whole body throbs to a great rhythm to drown in
angel wings unbound
face cleansing full of wonder
thrusting love upon love upon love
given over
through the bowing of the head
strike the fire hot surrounding
many whispers to listen to
it’s just gravity
i don’t know why we also
call it love
